Magna Festum

The project is implemented in cooperation with two civil organisations. The Magna Festum (SK) acts as the Lead Partner and the Herczeg Ferencz Foundation (HU) participates in the project as a Partner.
The vision / main goal of the project partners is to strengthen the positive attitude of the population towards local tourism. They want to achieve their goal primarily by boosting tourism, especially gastrotourism. To achieve the project vision and the specific goal, 
the project partners set three partial / secondary goals:
1. Promotion of authentic local specialties to revive and preserve traditions
2. Presentation and popularization of regional literature
3. Supporting primary producers and small local entrepreneurs and promoting their products
The project partners target a wide audience with the project. During the programs, all ages will find their interests. An exhibition will be organized, a book will be published and the study will be presented, which will include a presentation of the project areas as well as possible breakout points within the project and can provide useful help not only to the business sector but also to the public sector. The gastronomic event is intended to reach a wide audience. 
In addition to tasting regional dishes and wines made from authentic local ingredients. Visitors of the programs can also get acquainted with the work of Ferenc Herczeg. Local artisans are also represented at the events and the organizers do not forget the smallest ones. Both organizations have sufficient experience to implement the project and their work is assisted by experienced project managers.
