Developing a range of sports and cultural leisure programs that offer the youth a colorful, attractive, strenghtening and at the same time healthier alternative is of crucial  importance to today’s digitally addicted youth.
The organizations of Komlóstető Cycling Sports Club in Miskolc and the Legend Foto Association in Košice, which are cooperating in the project, aim to establish a long-term cooperation  in order to encourage young people living in the border area to live healthier lives and spend their free time as usefully and valuable as possible and also to provide them with as diverse and high-quality leisure programs as possible.
The main target group of the project is young people living on both sides of the border in the areas of ​​Miskolc and Košice (mainly the 10-18 age group), who will participate  in innovative summer camps, cultural exchange programs in both regions and also a  joint amateur sports competition in Miskolc. They can get to know each other's culture, values, language, and realise sports achievements. The latter can strengthen their healthy competitive spirit too.
The project will also provide sports and other equipment needed to implement the programs.
As a result of the 6-month project, young people living in the border area can become more healthier and fitter, which can have a positive effect on all areas of their lives and can also improve their future work performance.
The project will contribute to the development and deepening of cooperation between the participating partner organizations, the implementation of further joint programs after the closing of the project, as well as more useful leisure time and the expansion of the quality sports program on both sides of the border.
