The project aims to better utilize the endogenous natural and cultural potential of the programme area which can contribute to the development of the sustainable local economy; it could increase social, economic and territorial cohesion by carrying out various cultural activities. It is expected that the number of visitors of the programme area will be increased through the project activities.

In order to achieve the project goals, the partners will implement the following activities:
1. Compilation of tourism packages; preparation, promotion and distribution of brochures among service providers.
2. Organization of joint fairs and related cultural events.
3. Purchase of equipment which are necessary for the implementation of events.
4. Organisation of study tours in order to share good practices.

The two participants of the project are Sídlisko KVP of the City of Kosice and BORA 94 Nonprofit Ltd. who will implement the activities in Bodrogkisfalud, Zemplén county. This project of the large city and small village is an innovative initiative which has many interesting and challenging aspects.
