The project ’LaborReform - Cross-border co-operation to improve the labor market opportunities of people with disabilities (ReMeló)’ aims to develop an effective framework for co-operation between partner organizations and joint action to support the integration of people with disabilities into the labor market.
The two main target groups of the project are thus the leaders, employees and other professionals of the organization, as well as people active in the labor market with some form of physical or mental disability in the area.
The main areas of intervention consist of 1. the elaboration of the institutional framework of cross-border co-operation and the program elements aimed at maintaining it (professional workshops, conferences, studies), and 2. the elaboration of programs and concepts supporting the improvement of employment (Job Fair, Craft Fair, study).
In order to ensure the cross-border nature of the programs, they will be implemented in a joint implementation with joint participation, so that the events will bring people on both sides of the border closer together.
The project contributes to the deepening of cooperation between the participating partner organizations and to the exchange of experiences across borders.
