The objective of the project is to strengthen cooperation between organizations in the border region, develop long-term institutionalized partnerships, and develop and organize joint cultural programs. The partners pay particular attention to ensuring that the values of the past are not forgotten in today's modernization, and that the turning to the past is maintained in accordance with the specific needs of the future based on local values.
Activities of the project:
Timarian Theater Evenings: Introducing the regional theater group, which creates value-creating works of two landscape features in two performances. The aim is to keep the common values on the surface. The event will also introduce the troupe of Debrőd.
At the Timar Local Value Festival an interactive presentation of folk values and folk handicrafts will be carried on.
Local flavors festival, Pálinka festival: We organize festivals introducing the gastronomy of different nationalities and cultures in Debrőd 1-1 time.
Exhibition through tradition: We intend to launch a series of events aimed at preserving local values, exploring local traditions, cultural values and raising awareness among the general public. The program will be organized 2-2 times in the villages of Debrőd and Szabolcs.
Valuable Professional Conference: Within the framework of the program, we plan to implement a series of events on the cultural values of the project participants in Debrőd and Szabolcs villages 4 times. The aim is to present folk values and to pass them on through the experience and work of professionals.
Generation Festival in Timár: Folk music, folk dance, folk traditions will be highlighted, involving the little ones and the big ones.
We are also planning to purchase equipment to carry out high-quality project events.
