At the present time, it is very important to take care of people’s health.  Slovakia and Hungary are not among the countries where there is enough first aid education and where there are enough defibrillators in public spaces. We want to use this project to start balancing the differences with other Western Europe countries. Together with the project partners, we will provide trainings for 5 important topics related to the provision of emergency medical care. For each country, we purchase 10 defibrillators for the public and we will use Portuguese know-how to create a 5-year defibrillator placement strategy for both countries. This project increases the number of defibrillators in our area by 10% in the Košice region.
