The project is focused on the protection of the Palóc cultural-historical and folk heritage of the Nógrád/Novohrad and Heves regions in the municipalities Prša and Eger/Fedémes. The main goal is to save cultural and folk values that partners have cared out for a long time - the Memorial house of academic painter B. Bacskai in Prša and his work and message, to supplement the content of the House of Palóc costumes´exhibition in Fédemes /Palóc Viselet Háza/ with a Book of songs by local female choir. We want to emphasize the unique  Palóc cultural, historical and folk values of the cross-border region in the life of two municipalities through the project, which  try to capture the valuable artists who worked here and left their traces. The project will also include the procurement of exhibition equipment needed for a suitable presentation of exhibitions related to the life and work of the painter in the village of Prša and a presentation of its history in the form of a book and brochure, the B.Bocsakai Memorial House will be opened to general public after many years and this place will serve as a place for exhibition of his works and project outputs. The result of the project will be the visibility of Palóc values through an active partnership not only for visitors of municipalities, but also as a place for organizing creative workshops and organizing various cultural events in cooperation with the House of Palóc costumes. The project will achieve following results: - improving the content of two cultural and historical buildings, - creation of permanent exhibitions, -increasing attractiveness of the Nógrád / Novohrad and Heves regions, publication of a book, songbook and brochure and creation of films, improvement of co-operation between institutions and regions.
