The Municipality of Nyíregyháza MJV and the Rožňava Regional Advisory and Information Center are implementing the "KKVAT" project in close partnership. The aim of the project is to develop a cross-border strategy in which the partner try to find solution to similar challenges:
- Strengthen the local enterprises which requires the further expansion of business development and the creation of an enterpreneur-friendly environment. It is necessary to encourage the consumption of local products and services contributing to the development economy development.
- Furthermore, improving the competitiveness of SMEs helps to retain and attract talented young professionals. The development of the strategy will contribute to improving the level of cross-border interinstitutional cooperation and broadening cross-border cooperation between citizens. 
Comprehensive aim: strengthen the economic cohesion between citizens living in the border area by common professional research and developing a business development strategy.
Special aim: The goal of the action plan is searching for good practices, identification of possible development directions, elaboration of methods in order to own practice development, development of possible bilateral international relations.
The results confirm the cross-border aspect: developing an action plan (1 piece) in the framework of close professional cooperation (4 workshops)in order to the business development of the border areas. The strategy will be presented at international conference participating 40 persons.
