The aim of the project is to create joint professional programs, exchange programs in the field of culture with the intention of exploring our common history and cultural interactions. The project will provide a creative platform for interested groups and individuals interested in specific craft techniques - blueprint production and weaving. One of the areas of the project's investigation - the production of blueprint was registered as a representative list of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO on the 28.11. 2018- as a joint registration of Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. The project provides an opportunity to explore it in more detail within the cross-border area between Moldava and Encs in Above. A sophisticated combination of professional (research and conference), practical (educational and workshop), popular (exhibition and international competition) and cultural (creative and souvenir) brands will appeal to and connect different groups of people in the catchment area. Both partners of Moldava and Encs are leaders in their geographical region, considering the size of their settlements, human resources and have all the prerequisites required to expand cooperation in this hitherto unexplored and extremely interesting area and potentially capitalise on the economic results - especially with the intention of reducing unemployment. Together with other partners of MsKS Moldava, the project will build on the results of previously successful projects and at the same time fulfil strategic development trends in the field of culture and creative economy, not only at the regional and cross-border level, but also at a national and European level.
