Cooperation between Inštitúcia regionálnych aktivít Novohradu z.p.o. (Kalonda -SK) and Hollókői Világörökség-kezelő Nonprofit Kft. (Hollóko - HU) nonprofit organisations to preserve the common cultural heritage, with the involvement of young generations in the activities of the project. The 2 settlements and the 2 non -profit institutions have been organizing events that have multi-year traditions not only in settlements but in the Novohrad-Nógrád region in the Ipoly valley EGTC. The purpose of social and cultural events is to strengthen community cohesion, to live a common identity, to present it in today's European conditions, in such a way that it is interesting, special, attractive and attentive to both students and young people on both sides of the border. Connecting the past with the present, old traditions with its current habits, innovative and creative ways that can serve as examples for other settlements and associations in the future.
