The goal of the project is developing exhibitions that showcase local heritage traditions in a mutually integrated way, ensuring the cross-border cooperation in the frame of gastro cultural historical heritage in the district of Michalovce and in the micro-region of Zemplén. Given that demanding gastronomy is evolving, the local gastro-products and their production in cultural heritage and presentation develop too. Therefore a significant tourist demand may be expected in this field. There is difference in taste effect and appearance too. We introduce the differences of the cultural traditions between the products and their connection. Moreover, we wish to strengthen the ties of the local population to the products that are made with using raw materials based on historical cultural traditions.

The LP is located at Tállya in the World Heritage Tokaj Wine Region. Through its economic and cultural development, it deals with the development of the heritage and traditions of the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region and the Zemplén micro-region. It also promotes the international recognition of one of Hungary's most important hungaricums. LP organises cultural program which attracts the local and foreign visitors to the region, who are the consumers of Tokaj-Hegyalja wine. 
By implementing this project we may facilitate the gastro-cultural heritage offer with the aid of publication, promotion film, events. At our events we also plan to prepare products in line with the former historic cultural traditions and offer these products for tasting.
