By organizing joint cross-border sporting events and activities for people with disabilities (including both wheelchair users and healthy populations) such as Blumiáda (international winter sports games), international swimming competitions, a joint Slovak - Hungarian "family" run Košice mini-marathon, table tennis or wheelchair volleyball will establish mutual cooperation of people with disabilities from Košice and the Hungarian partner, which will also strengthen cross-border cooperation and interest in cross-border sports activities, which will contribute to learning sports traditions of individual regions on the Slovak and Hungarian side. . By organizing joint sports workshops for people with disabilities, they will also increase their awareness of individual sports, enabling them to meet sporting legends that will give them valuable experience. The result of the cooperation will be joint sports events on both sides, which will contribute to the improvement of their quality of life and physical fitness, which they will improve through the newly built outdoor fitness park in Domek and innovative for Slovak partner will also show Hungarian folk dances and folk games which brings partner in connection with sports activities.
