The local authorities of the municipalities of Ludányhalászi (HU) and Čeláre - Csalár (SK), as well as the social institutions operating in the two settlements, involve the citizens of the settlement and the inhabitants of the institutions in the activities of the project.

The 2 settlements and the 2 social institutions have been organizing events that have multi-year traditions not only in settlements but in the HU-SK region in the Ipoly valley EGTC. The purpose of social and cultural events is to strengthen the cooperation of communities and to sensitize citizens of settlements to the inhabitants of social institutions by means of project activities whose professional background is given by the experts of the two institutions. The joint events of the 4 partners, the programs of residents of the institutions for the public as well as the professional meetings of the experts of the institutions form a joint program that will be unique in the region and exemplary.
